Rebekah Koffler is an English-Russian bilingual U.S. intelligence expert on Russian doctrine and strategy. She worked with the Defense Intelligence Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency’s National Clandestine Service. 

She currently works as an editor of the website White House Dossier and writes the newsletter Cut to the News.

Ms. Koffler is educated both in Russia and the United States thus having a deep level understanding of Russians’ mindset and behavior.

Ms. Koffler has brought many classified briefings to top U.S. military commanders, NATO ministers, the directors of the CIA and DIA, the White House National Security Council, and senior congressional staff.  She is a writer, commentator, and national security consultant. She wrote a book about Putin’s Playbook: Russia’s Secret Plan to Defeat America which can be found on Amazon.

Ms. Koffler has an M.A. in International Transactions from George Mason University in Virginia, a B.A./M.A. in Foreign Languages from Moscow State Pedagogical University, and a Graduate Certificate in Intelligence from the Institute of World Politics in Washington, D.C.
