8. Sugary Foods
Consuming too much sugar can upset the flora of your intestinal tract. Reign that sweet tooth in a bit, honey.

9. Constipation
If you’re not eating enough fiber (it’s a delicate balance, of course) or drinking enough water, you can become constipated, which causes bloating and other intestinal complications. If you’re not having regular bowel movements and are getting enough fluids and fiber, talk to your doctor.
