The family and friends of Erin Larine Phillips are mourning her death after she passed away yesterday morning around 9:25 am. Erin was pronounced brain dead after six difficult days and her mother, Teresa Garza-Hopp, who worked as a registered Nurse-OB at Mercy Hospital Ada, confirmed her death. Despite the tragedy, Erin's spirit lives on as she donated her organs to six people in need of them and saved their lives.

Despite being lost at Disneyland, left at a hotel, chewed up by dogs many times, stitched and re-stuffed, Erin still had him.
