3. Learn to Cope
Have you ever seen a 3-year-old lose a game? It’s not pretty. There are tears, there is frustration and there is anger. But it’s important that they do lose, because if they never failed then they wouldn’t learn how to regulate their emotions and deal with that disappointment. The same goes for adults. Failure helps you learn how to deal with adversity, how to be a good sport and how to accept defeat.
