We’ve never been all that crazy about tofu, that is, until we tried these tacos. After all, we’ve never met a taco we didn’t like. And these tofu tacos are amazing. The tofu is cooked in olive oil until it is crisp, and then topped off with crunchy and coleslaw, cheese and a refreshing yogurt sauce for good measure.
