CAMISETA ROJA
Serves: 6 (no drink contains more than 0.6 fluid ounces of alcohol)
Ingredients
6 ounces Tequila Don Julio Blanco
3 ounces jalapeño infused Tequila Don Julio Blanco
2 ounces Yellow Chartreuse
¼ ounce Anise Liqueur
3 ounces Fresh Lime Juice
1½ ounces Simple Syrup
1 Sliced Cucumber
6 Halved Strawberries
For the jalapeño infused Tequila Don Julio Blanco:
1 750 ml bottle Tequila Don Julio Blanco
4 Jalapeño Peppers
Instructions
1. Chop up 4 jalapeño peppers and add them to a bottle of Tequila Don Julio Blanco.
2. Let sit for 30 minutes.
3. Strain out peppers and add liquid back to the bottle.
4. Refrigerate.
For the Cocktail:
Instructions
1. Muddle half of the sliced cucumber in a pitcher.
2. Fill the pitcher with ice and add Tequila Don Julio Blanco, jalapeño infused Tequila Don Julio
3. Blanco, yellow chartreuse, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and anise liqueur.
4. Garnish with remaining cucumber wheels and halved strawberries.
5. Serve in a punch glass.
