Okay so we get that you don’t want to be a pushover so your kids think they can walk all over you, but do you really think that’s what your child thinks of their friends? Now it’s true you shouldn’t try be like a peer to your child, but research shows that parents who communicate, respect and show empathy towards their kids are going to receive the same in return.
