Sounds incredibly easy, doesn’t it? But as many of us well know, it is not. And it’s not just about the weight. “It’s not just the numbers,” says Cynthia, a mother of one. “I’m maybe ten pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight. It’s the way your body changes.
