Cullen's deep, resonant voice has become synonymous with leadership, wisdom, and, of course, transforming robots. But, have you ever wondered how he developed that iconic voice? Well, let's just say it involved a lot of practice, patience, and probably a few vocal warm-ups. And, fun fact: he was inspired by his brother, Larry Cullen, who was a Řadió DJ!
When Cullen first started voicing Optimus Prime, he was told to "sound like a John Wayne-type", which, let's be honest, is a pretty tall order. But, he nailed it, and the rest is history. He's since become a cult figure among fans, with many regarding him as the "real" Optimus Prime. Talk about method acting!

And, let me tell you, he's got some amazing stories from his time in the voice acting world. Like the time he recorded a scene with Frank Welker (the voice of Megatron) and they both ended up cracking up!
