This is an amazing ice cream sandwich recipe. You know you can make your own cookies for a variation of ice cream sandwiches, right? Well you can! Using flour, cocoa, cinnamon, butter, vanilla, an egg white and a bit of sugar, you’ll create something not quite healthy, but definitely delicious and more wholesome than what you can buy at the store. Once your cookies are cool, scoop some frozen yogurt onto one and top with another cookie.
