Velasquez’s parents tried to get YouTube to take down the video that had been duplicated several times and in different languages. They had no luck. Then she got a surprising message. “The person who uploaded it sent me a message and said ‘no matter how many times you try to take it down, you’re never going to win. I’m always going to keep reposting it.’”
