You wouldn’t try riding the Tour de France with your old Schwinn 3 speed. Athletes do their best work with good equipment. Get the best you can, whether it’s a laptop or a brain trust, and use them with all your strength.

11. Optimality
Take a good look at the riders in the Tour de France. Their muscles are defined, their stomachs flat and their legs pump endlessly. It’s not necessarily the fittest athlete who wins; but guaranteed, it won’t be a flabby one.
