Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Huggies® “Huggies / Costco #Huggies Plus” Twitter Party is open to all legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age, except employees of Huggies® (“Sponsor”), Mamiverse (“Prize Provider”) and their respective affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, franchises, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families or household members of each. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.
How to Enter: To enter, you must use your free Twitter account to send a Tweet containing the following hashtag: #HuggiesPlus. Entries must be received between 11:30 am PT/ 2:30 pm ET on August 20, 2014 and 12:30 pm PT/ 3:30 pm ET August 20, 2014. Entrants must be a member of good standing of Twitter in order to participate in the Twitter party. Twitter, Inc. is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes and does not endorse or otherwise have anything to do with this Sweepstakes. In the case of a dispute over a Twitter entrant, the authorized account holder of the Twitter account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned to a Twitter account by www.twitter.com.
Only one (1) entry per person or Twitter account, regardless of method entry. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one entry per household.
Prize (3): Prize winners will receive Huggies Snug and Dry Plus diapers and Huggies Natural Care Plus wipes and (1) grand prize winner will receive a $100 VISA gift cards. Certain restrictions on prize apply. Winners will be responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value.
Selection of Winners: Winners will be determined in a random drawing during the twitter event August 20th, 2014 (from among all eligible entries submitted during the Twitter party Period) conducted by representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified on or about August 20th, 2014, and will be given instructions on how to claim prize. Winners, who entered via Twitter, will be notified by a Twitter private message from @Mamiverse. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Release of Liability: By participating, you release Sponsor, Prize Provider and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, and agents, including advertising agencies (“Released Entities”) from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Twitter party and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and agree that the Released Entities are in no manner responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, the entrant agrees that, by entering the Sweepstakes, (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
