Focus on the Good
It’s easy to get wrapped up in what is wrong with your life when it is staring you in the face. Seeing other couples or happy families can make you feel lonely if you’re currently unattached, and it doesn’t help that your Great Aunt Edna keeps asking when you’re going to bring a nice boy home. Instead of focusing on what you wish existed in your life, focus on what brings you joy on a regular basis. Think about your skills, your passions, your loved ones, your accomplishments and your goals for the future.
