Take Care of Yourself
The very first thing to go when we are pressed for time and overwhelmed is self-care. We stop focusing on our own needs, we stop eating well, we cut back on sleep, we spend less time looking our best and we dedicate all of our energy on the needs of others. While the holidays are certainly a time of giving, if you give everything you have to your loved ones then you’ll end up feeling resentful, stressed, exhausted and maybe even sick. Make sure you stay hydrated, and you take some time to sit back and relax.
