10. Make time for a nice long stretch at the end of a workday.
Okay, so not everybody can make it to yoga. Even if you’re not namaste-ing with the rest of us, you still need to stretch. Maybe as you’re waiting for your computer to shut down for the night, you take that time to stretch your arms high above you and then down to your toes. Then, as you wait for the elevator, pull your shoulders up to your ears then back and then down, in the perfect place for awesome posture. And keep them there. Remember it’s good for you!
