1. Baby Powder
Believe it or not, it just takes a bit of baby powder to volumize your eyes. Apply two coats of mascara as usual, then lightly dip a Q-tip in baby powder and apply a thin layer to the tops and undersides of your lashes. Add one more coat of mascara and voila!
