Inspiration to lose weight

My husband met me as “plush” woman. My children love that they have a soft, squishy mama, too. That has always been my identity to them. But this year, 2013, things have to change. Yes, I am writing this in the thick of the holidays and all the yummy treats that go with it. But I want to be healthy–I don’t want to be on a “diet.” I want to eat clean. I want to be active and do fun activities with my kids. I want to feel good about myself. I want to set a good example for my children, especially for my two daughters. I want to have more energy to play with them all. And I really want to be able to fit my butt under the bed while playing hide and seek.
