Editor’s Note: Here are some fabulous holiday cocktail recipes with honey and berries to try out during the upcoming festive season. Our friends at Baileys asked NYC Mixologist Dee Ann Quiñones to put on her creative cocktail cap for the launch of their Vanilla Cinnamon and here are the delicious results. (Remember to drink responsibly.)
HONEY BEE
Yield:
1 drink, no drink contains more than 0.6 fl oz of alcohol
Ingredients:
¾ oz Baileys Vanilla Cinnamon
1 oz Bushmills Black Bush Whiskey
1 tsp Zwack Liqueur
¼ oz Honey Syrup
Soda Water and Mint Sprig for Garnish
Instructions:
- Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake well.
- Strain contents into Collins glass.
- Top with shaved ice, soda water and garnish with mint sprig.

BERRY FABULOUS
Yield:
1 drink, no drink contains more than 0.6 fl oz of alcohol
Ingredients:
¾ oz Baileys Vanilla Cinnamon
¾ oz Zacapa Rum 23
¼ oz Black Haus
2 ¼ oz Cola
1/3 oz Light Cream
Assorted Berries for Garnish
Instructions:
- Pour Zacapa Rum 23 and cola into a rocks glass with ice. Stir with a bar spoon.
- Pour remaining ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well.
- Strain on top of Rocks glass.
- Garnish with berries.
