7. Out, Out, Damned Cuticles!
Celebrity manicurist Elle, whose clients include Jennifer Lopez, Sofia Vergara, America Ferrera, Shakira, and Christina Aguilera, says: “When your cuticles are hydrated and moisturized, you’ll find less of a need to cut them. Instead, just push them back and cut only what is hanging over the nail bed.” In other words, take your time and don’t over-cut.
