14. The Man Behind the Mask
Carpenter’s film school buddy Nick Castle, who went on to become a successful director and screenwriter, played Michael Myers behind the mask and Tony Moran played him for the few seconds when he is unmasked toward the end of the film.

John Carpenter was heavily influenced by Italian giallo movies.Giallo movies were basically the Italian horror film equivalent of pulp fiction.
