9. Set Your Internal Clock
As you get into a rhythm and repeat these tasks to get you out the door you’ll be setting your internal clock. You may find that you need to wake up at the same time on weekends that you do on weekdays at first to get your body into the habit, but soon you will find that you start to awaken moments before your alarm goes off.
10. Have a Routine
If you follow the same steps every single morning, you will be spared wasting time thinking about your next move and will even be able to get some of the more menial tasks done half asleep. All the time you save by being mechanical in the morning, you’ll be able to use later.
