12. Give Your Muscles a Break
You may be sore after treatment, but still on the path to recovery. Give sore areas time to recover before retreating.

13. More is Not Always More
Keep in mind that it is possible to over-treat an area and increase pain and inflammation instead of easing your discomfort. This happens when you spend too much time on one area or use too much force to try and release your muscle. Go easy at first and when in doubt, take a break, give your muscles a chance to breath and recover, and then go back for more if necessary.
