4. What’s your favorite position?
Get your mind out of the gutter, we’re talking about your foam roller of course. There are tons of different positions to try and each one allows you to access different muscles and put pressure on different areas of your body. If you need to stretch your glutes then sit on the roller, place your right leg over your left knee and shift your weight onto your right butt cheek. Roll over the roller a few times, and then switch sides. To stretch your quads, lie face down with the roller underneath your hips and then roll your body up and down from your hips to your knees.
