Also known as “Daffodils,” this poem is often referred to as the classic Romantic poem. Wordsworth supposedly found his inspiration for the poem after coming upon a field of daffodils while walking with his sister. Finding the flowers unexpectedly spoke to him of Nature’s plan and mankind’s small part in it.
