2. Calf Raises
If you’re stuck at a desk all day, why not sneak in some calf raises? With a straight back, sit with your legs hip-width apart, knees aligned over your toes, and toes pointing forward. Keeping your toes on the floor, flex your calf muscles as you raise both heels off the ground. You can also do this standing at the copier. Do a few reps of 12-15 throughout the day—it will improve circulation and keep you energized for work too!
