  • Add a cup of water and bring the mixture to a boil, then lower heat and let cook until the meat is browned.

  • Let the mixture cook on medium heat until most of the water has evaporated. Make any final adjustments to season/salt content.

  • When finished cooking, use the filling for empanadas.
