  1. Chop the 1 onion finely and saute in large skillet with olive oil on medium heat. Chop garlic cloves and add to onions, sauteing until onions are soft and translucent.

  2. Once the onion is ready add the ground beef and mix it all together. Then add vinegar, achiote, salt and pepper, chicken & tomato bouillon mix to the meat and stir until blended well.
