In today’s busy, competitive and sometimes overwhelming world, we all struggle to stay on top of our tasks and remember all of our responsibilities. Our brains can only handle so much, and that’s why we have lists. The to-do list can be an incredible tool to help us achieve our daily tasks and big picture goals. As Fast Company reports, according to Robert C. Pozen, senior lecturer at Harvard Business School and author of Extreme Productivity: Boost Your Results, Reduce Your Hours, “our lists should be derived from our larger goals and include tasks that move us toward those big-picture endeavors.”  That’s where the magic happens and where our lists are most effective in helping us achieve progress every day. That said, many people need a little help with their lists. Maybe your list is too long or too unrealistic, maybe it gives you anxiety instead of direction. Or maybe you need to give your list a little visual makeover.
