14. Answer Email
Set a limited time to get through email at specific times of day. Perhaps first thing in the morning and then again after lunch works for you? Try to not exceed 15 minutes each time so as to not waste your entire day in your inbox.

15. Good Deed
Pay your daily rituals forward and do at least one good deed every day. It doesn’t have to be big and you don’t have to be recognized for having done it. Just do something that helps someone else on a (very) regular basis.
