This is where you can channel your inner, calm adult. If you’re standing at South Terminal check-in and your ticket says “North,” don’t panic. You haven’t missed your flight. Just walk to the shuttle (follow the signs), hop on, and you’ll be at the correct terminal in under five minutes. Seriously, it’s faster than returning a shopping cart.
I’ve done this twice now—once on purpose, once because I misread a boarding pass. The shuttle ride is a weirdly peaceful interlude. You’ll see stressed-out travelers with roller bags, and you’ll suddenly feel like you’re in a slow-motion movie. Just don’t forget to get off when the doors open. That’s my advice.

One More Thing: The Signs Lie (Sort Of)
Okay, they don’t lie, but they’re a bit sneaky. Inside South Terminal, the “North Terminal” signs sometimes share space with “Train Station” arrows. Read twice, walk once. I once followed a sign that led me to a security queue for South—not helpful. If you’re confused, ask a staff member. They’re usually in bright yellow jackets and seem to enjoy rescuing lost souls like us.
