Yes, you may have issues with your partner (who doesn’t) and you might have a lot of frustration, anxiety, doubt and anger toward one another. But in order for therapy to fix those problems, first and foremost you must focus on fixing YOURSELF. Yes, you. If each of you concentrates on improving yourselves then you will both be more satisfied in your relationship.
