From day one, you are dressed in an actual Chef’s Uniform, attend intensive classroom sessions, and then you spend the rest of the time in a CIA Kitchen preparing a variety of recipes with easy to challenging skill levels.
Our Chef/Instructor, Chef Stephen J. Johnson, offers years of experience, technique, and know-how that he shares with you along the way. Among the wonderful easy and useful techniques I learned was a fast and easy way to peel garlic. You simply place the garlic cloves in a stainless steel metal bowl, invert another metal bowl over it and shake hard. Surprisingly, the cloves emerge peeled and ready to go!
