Cinematic bathing beauty Esther Williams launched a swimsuit collection way back in the 50s and actress/socialite Gloria Vanderbilt made designer jeans a wardrobe staple in the 70s but in the past decade celebrity clothing lines have virtually taken over the fashion industry. This season the trend continues with capsule collections and collaborations to fit just about every taste and budget. Here are a few of the latest star style endeavors in stores now and coming this fall.

Even more impressive, Dream Out Loud is a label with a conscience; using a percentage of eco-friendly fabrics and factories with established sustainability practices.

Although there was an initial to-do over whether Swedish retailer H&M had trimmed down Beyoncé’s famous curves in the ads for her limited-edition swimsuit line—the curves were restored and both Bey and her bikinis look spectacular.
