Perhaps the most famous witch of all time, the Wicked Witch of the West was terribly scary and incredibly mean. As if her green face and massive wart weren’t enough to freak out little children everywhere, she also had a creepy cackle and was followed by a swarm of evil flying monkeys. Shudder.
