9. Sabrina Spellman • Sabrina the Teenage Witch
Any child of the 90s loved this witch show and can attest that Sabrina (as in, the Teenage Witch) was just the coolest teen witch around. In fairness, she was only a half-witch, but still, she had magical powers! And despite her magic, she was like any other average 16-year-old, if you can ignore the fact that her aunts Hilda and Zelda were 600-year-old witches and her cat could talk.
