Honeydew and Cantaloupe
Loaded with vitamin C, vitamin B, iron, potassium and other essential nutrients, honeydew and cantaloupe are two fruits that should not be skipped, especially in the summer when they are at their prime. They are also low in calories and very high in water content, so they fill you up and hydrate you. Plus, this fruit is super versatile—it goes great in fruit salads, mixed with virtually any other kind of fruit, or you can even scoop out the center and use half of a melon as a bowl to serve frozen yogurt or cottage cheese.
