4. Acai Berries
You’ve definitely heard of acai berries, but have you had them? If you haven’t yet tried this antioxidant powerhouse it’s time you do because this superfruit packs a nutritious and delicious punch. Unfortunately, it’s not always easy to find this berry fresh in the states, but it’s still incredibly good for you in powdered form or as a frozen puree. You can use acai to make acai bowls or in smoothies; however you enjoy it, this tropical treat is a fruit worth adding to your regular rotation.
