This no frills restaurant has been a NY staple since it opened in 1964. Their insanely good pizza is handmade from scratch daily by the owner Domenic DeMarco. If he’s not there, no pizza is made. Spices are grown in a windowsill planter—it doesn’t get any fresher than that.
