Foods to Help Your Baby Get a Good Night’s Sleep-MainPhoto

Getting your kids to sleep through the night is no easy task. This is coming from a mother of three with the youngest being 15 months old. The boy eats like a champ, but some nights are better than others.

With each of my babies I’ve tried every “method” out there, but it seems that sleeping through the night happens when their body clocks say they are ready. My pediatrician says that Baby G’s sleeping habits are good because he sleeps 10-11 hours per night.

I have to tell you though, that these 10-11 hours are not uninterrupted, and he continues to wake up once a night. I would say that I’ve made a lot of progress the last few months, since he used to wake up 2-3 times per night, even after starting solid foods. But since I work full time, I am getting a little tired of being a sleep-deprived mama!
