According to TMZ, the 34-year-old actress cited the celeb favourite 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason behind their split.
The Midnight Masquerade star is requesting joint legal and physical custody of their two sons - Finneus, 3, and Dashiell, 1.

However, Reeser - whose net worth is $3M - does not want to pay the 36-year-old writer-director spousal support.
The California-born couple likely met while attending UCLA.
And while Autumn is a pretty successful actress, Jesse's last project was directing Crackle webseries The Bannen Way back in 2010.
