11. Cholesteatoma
This one is why we keep the q-tips away from the kiddos! When the eardrum is damaged (by aggressive ear cleaning or other causes), it can heal with a benign growth or tumor. While it is not cancerous, this growth can cause of host of trauma so they need to be treated early.
