1. Pilates Boxing
    Pilates Boxing (or Piloxing) is easy to do and is very effective when done correctly. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, engage your core, hinge forward slightly and raise your fists to your shoulders. Then, while keeping your elbows up, box your right hand forward, then switch, and continue alternating sides for at least 20 reps. For an added ab workout, keep your core engaged throughout this exercise.
