1. Uneven Push-up with Medicine Ball
    This one sounds complicated but an uneven push-up is actually quite simple and you can do it anywhere. All you need is something to create an uneven surface (think a stack of books, a soccer ball, a medicine ball etc.) Get into a plank position with one hand on the floor and one hand on the ball. Do a push-up while engaging your abs to support your back. Once you are back to starting plank position, move the ball to the other hand and repeat the push-up. Do at least five on each side.
