Put Yourself in the Other Person’s Shoes
If you were the person offering feedback, how would you want someone to respond? By considering the other side’s perspective you might have a better idea of how you should act and move forward.

Try to Act Differently
You might not agree with the criticism, but sometimes you have to try to change if you want to move forward. You never know how that change might benefit you, and at the very least your effort will show that you are dedicated to becoming a better person.
