The exercise phenomenon, Zumba, was born in Colombia when Alberto Perez forgot to bring the tapes (it was the 90s) for the aerobics class he was teaching. In a pinch, he used some salsa and merengue music instead and a workout craze was born. The latest incarnation is Aqua Zumba.

We all know exercise is part of a healthy lifestyle and most of us don’t do enough to stay fit.
