If you want to get moving with a form of exercise the whole family will enjoy, all you need to do is shake it. Crank up your favorite song, grab your hubby and your kids and get the party started. You’ll jump, you’ll squat, you’ll twist, you’ll laugh and you’ll definitely work up a sweat. Plus it encourages healthy, active fun with your kids, who probably have been spending a lot of time on the iPad or in front of the TV. (Guilty!)
