Fancy a pub lunch? The Royal Oak in nearby Fishbourne does a roast that’ll make you weep. The gravy is legendary. I’m not joking. Ask the wardens—they’ll tell you the same.

This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club site, so the vibe is relaxed and respectful. Quiet hours are enforced, which means no one’s blasting music while you’re trying to read your book. It’s perfect for couples, families, and solo travelers who enjoy actual peace. If you want neon lights and a DJ, this isn’t the place—and that’s exactly why it’s brilliant.
There’s even a dog walking field on site. My Labrador, Bertie, gave it four paws up. He’s a tough critic, so that’s high praise.
