In the Insert tab, you'll see a bunch of options, but the one we care about is Video. Click on that, and a new window will pop up, because Google likes to keep things exciting. Now, you have two options: you can either search for a video on YouTube or enter the URL of the video you want to add, and if you're feeling fancy, you can even upload your own video.
If you choose to search for a video on YouTube, just type in what you're looking for, and Google will do its thing. You can even filter the results by duration, upload date, or view count, because who doesn't love a good filter? Once you find the perfect video, just click on it, and it'll be added to your doc in no time.
Now, if you're one of those super tech-savvy people who has a video URL handy, you can just paste it in, and Google will take care of the rest. And if you're feeling like a total boss, you can upload your own video from your computer or Google Drive, because who needs YouTube, anyway?
