If the dish soap didn’t fully work, bring in the big guns. Enzymatic stain removers are your best friend. Look for ones that say “protein-based stain” or “bio-based.” Pollen is complex, and enzymes break it down chemically.
Another trick? Rubbing alcohol. Dab a cotton ball in 70% isopropyl alcohol and gently blot the stain. The alcohol lifts the oily components of the pollen. But test on a hidden area first—it can fade some dyes.
For white clothes only, a paste of baking soda and water works like a charm. Spread it on the stain, let it dry, and brush it off. It acts like a gentle eraser. Just don’t use this on dark fabrics—it’ll leave white chalk marks.
